Furness Media is the web design and digital marketing arm of Furness Internet, which was established in Barrow in Furness, Cumbria in 1996 to serve and support the business community.

Furness Business Hub

Furness Internet has invested into property in Barrow town centre with the aim of creating the Furness Business Hub. The premises, at 84 Dalton Road, will be home to Furness Media and Furness IO, as well as offering hot desking and business services to local businesses. Our aim is to create a creative hub, where like-minded businesses or individuals can come together and share ideas and wi-fi. The Importance of Being a Responsible Company

We take our corporate responsibility serious and have taken steps to become a carbon neutral company. Our working practices minimise waste and our premises are currently being developed to run off solar energy with energy efficient heating and lighting solutions.

Team members are encouraged to use public transport or bicycles where necessary and we offer employees flexible working, including home working, to reduce unnecessary travel.
