Furness Media is proud to be part of the new Furness Business Hub at 84 Dalton Road in Barrow town centre.

The Furness Business Hub is part of the Furness Internet Group and will provide office space for Furness Media and our software development arm of the business, Furness IO. As well as providing creative office space, the premises will also act as a Business Hub offering hot desking and short-term office space to creative businesses and our clients in the Barrow in Furness area.

The new premises shows our commitment to Barrow and the Furness area, as we re-launch our Furness Media brand and aim to become the ‘go to’ digital marketing agency in South Cumbria.

The new building has been in development throughout 2021, with internal decoration, electrics and structural work ongoing. As well as external works including our new signage and wrought iron gates, which can be seen in the images. We would like to thank Barrow BID for a Business Development Grant, which covered 50% of the signage cost and has helped us improve the building frontage as part of Barrow BID’s vision for a better town centre.

We look forward to the installation of a new heating system and solar panels in early 2023, which will enable us to create a building that is eco-friendly and runs on renewable energy. This follows our desire to be a carbon neutral company which puts our clients and the environment first.
