Sophie Bennett is the General Manager and our most experienced web designer, with over 10 years’ experience creating inspirational websites for an array of clients across the local region.

Sophie is responsible for project managing many of the web design projects undertaken by Furness Media and has developed lasting relationships with a wealth of companies, organisations and public sector bodies during her time at the company.

Sophie started her Web Design and Digital Marketing journey at Cark based agency, before going alone as owner of Ulverston based web design company, Kitty in Pink where she worked with a wide range of clients across the local area.

In 2017 Sophie joined Furness Media as a Senior Web Designer before taking on the role of General Manager in 2021. Sophie is the operational lead within Furness Media, managing our team of experts and acting as the Creative Director, to ensure that high standards are maintained with every piece of work we undertake.

Sophie’s portfolio of clients includes, Choose Ulverston, Ulverston Town Council, Barrow Golf Club, Find it in Furness, Progression Solicitors and many more.
